Job responsibilities

  • Develops, implements, and monitors HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Leads recruitment efforts, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Provides guidance and support to managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in HR.
  • Proficient in HR software and systems to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR processes.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR preferred.
